Six people, two cookers, one rule.

Less sugar, never less flavour. This is how a kitchen in Portland got there.

How it started

Nibble started in 2023 in a shared kitchen in Portland: one cooker, one pot of pectin and a question from Mira’s daughter. Why does a bag of gummies have more sugar than her breakfast?

Forty-one test batches later we had a gummy with 4 g of sugar per bag that still chews like the real thing. Today six people cook, cut, coat and pack every bag by hand, and 120 shops sell them.

What we do not compromise on

Less sugar, same chew

We replace sugar job by job: sweetness, softness and body. Never with aspartame or sucralose.

Real fruit, loud flavour

Juice concentrates and real spices. If a flavour needs colour, it comes from spirulina, carrot or black carrot.

Paper, not plastic

Since August 2026 every bag is paper with a plant-based lining. The extra 6 cents per bag are on us.

Taste the result.
