Every bag goes into a paper envelope or a recycled box, padded with paper. No plastic air pillows.
Chocolate ships with a cool pack from May to September.
Returns
Unopened bags can go back within 30 days. Write to us first, we send a return label and refund the full price within five working days of receiving the parcel.
Food that has been opened cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
Our taste promise
Not your flavour? Tell us within 30 days which one and why. We send a different bag of your choice, free. No need to send anything back.
Damaged parcel
Take a photo of the parcel and the contents and send it to us within seven days. We replace what was damaged.
