Orders and shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm Pacific leave the kitchen the same day. Standard shipping takes two to four working days in the US.
How much is shipping?
$4.90 per order, free from $35. Express (one to two days) is $9.90.
Can I change my order?
Write to us within an hour of ordering and we change it. After that the bag is usually packed.
Do you ship outside the US?
Canada, yes: five to eight days for $12.00. Everywhere else: not yet, but tell us where you are.
Ingredients and allergens
How much sugar is in a bag?
Between 0 and 6 g per 100 g, depending on the flavour. Every product page lists the exact number and the full nutrition table.
Is everything vegan?
Almost. All chewy and choco snacks are vegan (oat milk, no gelatine). Two crunchy ones are not: Honey Mustard Pretzels contain honey, Sour Cream Crisps contain milk. Every product page lists its ingredients.
What about nuts?
Anything with nuts runs on its own line on its own day. The front of the bag says so in big letters.
What do you sweeten with?
Fruit juice, a little erythritol and chicory root fibre. No aspartame, no sucralose.

What is in a club box?
Ten bags picked by the kitchen, including two flavours a week before they reach the shop.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Reply to the reminder email or write to us before the 20th, and the next box waits.
How do I cancel?
One email, no questions. The box you already paid for still ships.
Does the club box ship free?
Yes. Any order with a club box ships free, even when you add single bags to it.
Wholesale
Can my shop sell Nibble?
Yes. Delis, cinemas, cafés and corner shops order from 24 bags. Write to us through the contact page and pick Wholesale.
Do you send samples?
Yes, one sample box per shop, free. Tell us what you sell and we pick the flavours.
