Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in the Nibble online shop.

The products in the shop are an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

All prices include sales tax where it applies, plus shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe by card or wallet.

We ship to the US and Canada. Delivery times are listed on the shipping page.

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by email to hello@nibble.example.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to food that has been opened after delivery or that spoils quickly.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. We refund the purchase price within five working days of receiving the return.

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Allergen information is printed on every bag; please read it before eating.

The law of the state of Oregon applies, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country says otherwise.
